Who we are

Zelorian Systems LLC provides AI consulting, automation, and practical business solutions to clients located in the United States. This policy describes information processing associated with zeloriansystems.com, its inquiry form, consultation scheduling, and Zaria AI assistant.

Website inquiries

When you send an inquiry, the form collects your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, description of your business needs, and preferred contact method. These details are used to understand your request and respond to you.

The form is configured to send the inquiry details to Zelorian Systems by email and send a confirmation to the email address you provide. Sending an inquiry does not reserve or confirm an appointment and does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

The website inquiry form does not currently initiate automated SMS messages or forward inquiries to GrowthHub CRM. This describes the inquiry form only, not GrowthHub's messaging capabilities or other workflows, including any associated with Zaria.

Consultation scheduling

Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. You can use the embedded calendar or schedule a free 30-minute consultation. Actual appointment availability is shown in the connected calendar.

Calendly processes the information you provide during scheduling, including contact and appointment details. Its service also processes technical information associated with access to the booking page. See the Calendly Privacy Notice for its description of processing and privacy choices.

A website inquiry and a Calendly booking are separate actions. Unsubscribing from website-generated emails does not cancel a Calendly appointment.

Zaria AI assistant

Zaria is the website's AI voice assistant, not a human representative, and is delivered through GrowthHub/LeadConnector. If you choose to speak with Zaria, your voice and the information you communicate are processed through the assistant service to support the interaction and generate responses. GrowthHub stores written conversation transcripts and AI-generated summaries of Zaria voice interactions. These records may contain personal information you share during the conversation.

Whether audio of Zaria interactions is recorded or stored has not yet been verified. We do not represent that audio recording or storage is disabled. Browser voice access uses your microphone; browser permission is separate from any consent required for recording or other processing. A privacy notice alone does not establish that legally required recording consent has been obtained.

Please do not provide confidential client records, passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information unnecessary to your inquiry. You may use the website inquiry form or email us instead of speaking with Zaria.

For questions about the handling of a particular Zaria interaction, including audio, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, retention, or deletion, contact arobinson@zeloriansystems.com before sharing information you do not want processed by an AI service.

Service providers and technical information

The website uses services that receive information to deliver their functions:

  • Lovable Cloud and its email infrastructure support the website and inquiry notification and confirmation emails.
  • Calendly provides consultation scheduling.
  • GrowthHub/LeadConnector provides Zaria and related assistant functionality.
  • Media, font, and infrastructure providers deliver website images, video, fonts, and supporting resources. The website loads Google Fonts; embedded services also load their own resources.

Requests to these services can reveal technical information such as an IP address, browser details, and information about the requested resource. Email processing uses recipient addresses, message content, and delivery information. The business email notification includes the inquiry details you submit.

Provider notices and terms describe their processing; they do not replace Zelorian Systems' responsibilities for information it handles.

Cookies and similar technologies

The embedded assistant and scheduling services load when the page loads and use cookies or browser storage. Observed examples include Cloudflare security cookies on Calendly and LeadConnector domains, assistant session/history entries in browser storage, and Stripe resources and a Stripe-domain cookie loaded within Calendly's embedded page.

Stripe describes cookies and similar technologies used for functions including service operation and fraud prevention in its Cookies Policy. The presence of Stripe resources or a cookie does not mean you made a payment or that this consultation requires payment.

Third-party services may also use technologies for measurement or other purposes described in their notices. The website does not currently provide a site-wide cookie preference tool. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser and use provider controls where available; restricting these technologies may affect the assistant or scheduling service. No claim is made that all third-party technologies are essential or that all tracking is absent.

Email records and unsubscribe requests

The email system processes rendered message content while delivering website emails. It also maintains delivery-status records, recipient addresses, timestamps, error or provider metadata where applicable, unsubscribe records, and suppression records. Failed messages may remain in an error queue. Delivered inquiry details may also remain in the business mailbox.

The unsubscribe link in a website-generated email applies to that email address across this app's email system. It can stop later operational emails, including future inquiry confirmations; it is not limited to marketing messages. An unsubscribe does not itself delete inquiry information, cancel appointments, or necessarily change communications sent through Calendly, GrowthHub, or another service.

Website inquiry confirmations are operational messages requested by your inquiry, not marketing subscriptions. If you separately receive marketing communications, use that sender's opt-out or contact us about your preferences. A website email unsubscribe is not proof that a separate marketing system has been updated.

Retention and privacy requests

Information can remain in email records, failed-message queues, business correspondence, and records held by the services involved in an interaction. Different record types and providers have different deletion and backup arrangements. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion period or that unsubscribing erases those records.

You may email arobinson@zeloriansystems.com to ask about information associated with you or request access, correction, or deletion. Please identify the relevant inquiry, appointment, or assistant interaction without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Identity verification may be necessary, and some records may be retained where needed to honor opt-out requests, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

United States scope

Zelorian Systems markets and provides its services to clients located in the United States. This policy is written for U.S. visitors and clients. State privacy laws vary; where a state law grants you specific rights regarding your personal information, you may exercise them by contacting us at the email address above.

Changes to this policy

Changes to website processing may require an updated policy. An approved published version will identify its effective date.
